  Item was won and paid for on the Sunday, I didn’t get a response from the seller until late Thursday evening informing me of their hectic week, and that they would post out the item the following day, on Christmas Eve! And saying ‘at least they informed me’ . This is not informing me in good time, this was supposed to be a gift which would never arrive in time despite the listing stating express delivery! So asked for a refund because this would be useless to me arriving after Christmas.
