Changes the way menopause is viewed
This book is written simply but not simplistically. It summarises the compelling evidence that conventional medicine has lost its way with its approach to menopause as a disease and one size fits all interventions based on synthetic hormones. The alternative, personalised interventions which address the root cause of specific hormone imbalances is clearly laid out.
