Quick and finely ground flour
2 of 2 found this helpful The Nutrimill Classic grinds a lot of flour very quickly. The flour was very fine. Some flour did stick to the inside of the plastic bin on the bottom but I was able to sweep it out easily with a brush. A little flour leaked out to the left of the front even though I had it pushed all the way in but I can deal with that to get such a fine grind and so quickly. One of the instructional video mentioned that. 2 cups of hard wheat grain look less than 30 seconds to grind with a very fine texture.
I did a lot of research and watched a lot of instructional and review videos. I am very pleased with the product and plan to a cup of black beans with 4-5 cups of hard wheat tonight.
