It's not very lightweight, but it does the job.
It's a bit larger than I thought, but when you think about it, it needs to be. I tried it (with a dry cork) and it works properly, you just insert a cork into the corker and press down on the handles and it's done. I couldn't envisage me banging the corks in with a mallet, it would take forever and quite possibly break the bottle. I'm all ready to cork my bottles as soon as the wine is ready.

Lightweight with great features
Well built, lightweight and stable when I put my canon with a 70-300mm lens on it. Comes with a carry bag as well. Very happy with the item.
