Snark ST8HZ ST-8HZ Super Tight Tuner with Hertz Tuning

Best clip on tuner I have used.

The best clip on tuner I have seen ! I have a 5 string bass and the one I was using would not see the low B sometimes but could the 12th string harmonic. The Snark has not had a problem with it at all. I have used it on several of my guitars and it worked outstanding on them all. The Snark stays on as long as you sound the note so you can see how close you are getting. My old one did not stay with the note like the Snark. And if you are really OCD like I am, you can use the frequency part to get things exact. I gave my old clip on to my dog to play with. He likes the pretty colors when he whines at it... lol If you haven't tried a Snark, do yourself a favor and try one out. I will speak for itself !

Well built bright white

I installed 6 of these on 2002 Chevy Blazer along with 2 197 LED markers with NO RESISTORS and I have no hyper flash.If ALL turn bulbs are changed to LEDs on the hyper flash system, no resistors should be needed saving you money. I wanted to cut down on wattage draw from lighting with LEDs but adding a resistor to each blinker bulb puts that wattage back to the same as a normal bulb. The heat is dissipated by the resistor mounted to a metal panel close to the bulb and not the bulb. With LED bulbs in the front only, I got hyper flash as if I had a burned out bulb. I did not want the resistors installed so I tried replacing ALL flashing bulbs with LED bulbs and there it was. Turn signals went back to normal and I didn't need to install ANY resistors OR change the flasher unit. FYI if you have "hyper flash" to tell you about blown bulb, these should work without resistors !!! I recommend trying before you install the resistors. Les

Good strong product.

I purchased this wire to build a guitar pickup sustain driver. I have not yet started the project but the wire is of high quality an well coated. Should produce a good magnetic field. The spool it is on is strong and should be more than necessary for the stress of winding. I chose green to distinguish between the pickup and driver winding's.
