  The picture posted shows a shiny NWOTAG bracelet for sale, which is what I bought. What I received were 2 old tarnished gold bracelets; they were not shiny and they were not new. “No returns” means the unethical seller set out to deceive and “take the money and run.” I contacted customer service who, having seen the items pictured contacted the seller who refunded my money within 2 days. This deceptive and dishonest seller should not be trusted. Do not buy from them.

  I don't like leaving negative feedback (hence this neutral one) because I'm clear that we are human and make mistakes. What happened with this particular order is that it got sent out on time but without enough postage, this resulted in the item getting returned to sender by the PO. Seller re-mailed it only to receive it and find out it contained the wrong color make-up from the original color posted in the ad. No harm done but a lot of lost time in the process.
