Simple repair job saves £££s!
When the rubber coupler sheered off I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new blender, but this replacement is simple to fit (using the spanner that comes with it) - and much much cheaper than a new Kitchen Aid! I was annoyed at first that the coupler was so susceptible to damage, but apparently this is deliberate - allowing it to sheer off prevents the motor from burning out.

Brilliant little machine
I'm an ordinary user, not an expert. I wanted a lightweight alternative to my laptop for travelling and reviews suggested this was one of the best options. I bought 2nd hand but its like new. Its had a 2GB RAM upgrade so easily handles MS Office and is faster than my laptop. I'm delighted - so much so that I bought another for my wife for Christmas.

Great stool
Really nice, solid item, hefty base, beautiful wooden seat. We have it in the fall, to sit on when putting boots on or off. It's perfect.
