High Quality Tool
I have use the Duck Bill Pliers for many years with no problems.

The cover will not stay on the back of chair it keeps coming off every time you sit in the chair. Had to use a string to keep on the back of chair.
The cover needs strap all the way around the back of the cover for the cover to stay on the chair.
