Easy to install.
They are very easy to install in a locomotive and will fit the majority of locos with 8 pin sockets.
If you have never installed a decoder in a locomotive just one piece of advice, just ensure that the pin marked 1 correspond to decoder and loco socket.
I have a installed a large quantity of these decoders in my substantial locomotive fleet and have never had any problems with them.

This is a Chinese made item and the instructions have been translated and I have tried to set it up to work which it has failed to do!
