  I explained that there were national delays with the post and asked you *twice* to check with your local Delivery Office, but you did not do this - if you did, you did not tell me that you had. You sent a very aggressive threatening message after that, which I reported to eBay. I had to wait over 2 weeks before I could initiate a claim via Royal Mail - as SOON as I sent you a screenshot with the claim details, you then told me you had received it! Your feedback is unfair and wrong.
