Paid £1000 for the item to arrive broken in several places. The seller threw up their hands and said there was nothing they could do and that the fault didn’t rest with them. No partial refund issued. I would be very wary of purchasing anything on the expensive side. They insisted on me closing the case with eBay, claiming they would issue a partial refund once the money was released to them, and they did not. My first genuinely awful experience on eBay in all my years buying.
