Best your going to get without invalidating insurance

The philips white vision bulbs are definitely whiter than ordinary bulbs but not by a lot. They look nowhere near as good as led or hid bulbs. But then they are 100% legal on the road. In most cases that much cant be said about the latter unless the manufacturer has fitted the lights themselves and or if you have let your car insurance company know you have fitted these bulbs yourself.
