This is my second Hexclad frying pan the same except the for the lid. No matter what I cook in it it comes out clean every time. I had wanted a larger pan but can’t afford the price. Since my husband started cooking, he burns everything, the latest mess was a grilled cheese. I just soak in hot water and it comes clean. He also washed it in the dishwasher still okay. I have cooked tomato soup, eggs, scallops, other fish, burgers the list goes on. By the way I have had the pan about twenty years a little scorched but still cooking. If my new pan works as well I can get rid of all my other small frypans.
