Perfect for my white hair. I rub a little in my hands and rub my hair. Use wet cloth to wipe the access off on your ears forehead etc.. I just use a little to make it look natural.. use extra for darker blk hair.. been using it for years

Great stuff!!

I’m using it in my 40 gallon + sump reef tank, Minus - rock n sand,= 35 gallon. Medium heavy stock,mixed 2 cup per gallon, Dosing 20ml per day. Alkalinity steady at 8.0 I wish I read this when I started. Took me 2 weeks to figure it out.. just a ball park figure for you reefers.
