  Having agreed a price and processed payment, a day or so later, the seller cited that the phone was not charging properly and retracted the purchase. Obviously, disappointed and wary whether the phone was faulty or the buyer got cold feet selling the iphone at the agreed price. For that reason, I have cited a neutral feedback as I feel the seller would be in the full knowledge of their product for sale. Disappointed more than anything else tbh. Seller refunded all payment made for info.
