You can’t beat reliability

I had almost given up on finding a traditional style heating pad that just works as needed. I didn’t want one that decided for me when it should be powered on. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Pay more and get better

The audio was horrible. We had the volume all the way up and you still could barely hear it. The video was grainy. I hate to speak negatively in a review but this was a bad experience.
