Nice gadget.
Very nice, easy to use, compact and with a good sound.
I like the brand new multi-touch display system.
I do not like that you can't buy and install third party apps.
The good balance between price and features of previous versions has been lost indeed I belive the cost is very hight when considering the performances.

Do not worry you are getting high quality product that will make you happy!
Very high quality headphones, the sound is just amazing, the battery charge last for many hours, very comfortable, the wireless range is more than you can actually walk in a normal flat and I think they totally worth the money you pay!
BUT:
As other have reported it is almost impossible to regulate the volume while wearing the headphones. You must turn on the docking station every time to hear the music and some time it is just annoying if you sitting on the couch with your headphone nearby. And the connection to the TV is missing the new generation HF connection like the HDMI or the optical cable.
