Whirlpool/Maytag Hi-Temp adhesive works .
Dryer/Washer Hi-Temp adhesive does the job, but pricey. Adhesive adheres well and dries fast.
Used adhesive when replacing Maytag damper pads (felt pads). Not sure if it adheres to plastic, but great for metal to felt.

Good single wall rim for a budget price.
Rim are surprisingly round and true, but nipples (at rim interface) need lube when tensioning,

Park Quality Centering Gauge for a Legendary Wheel True Stand
