waste of time

We have very strong, fast wifi where the tv box is used. However, each function takes forever to do. Often you're not sure if you pressed the button properly so press it again, several minutes later the action occurs twice.
Movies take forever to search and buffer and stop repeatedly. It basically takes twice as long to watch as if it were on normally.
Before anyone suggests it might be something with the network, I can happily stream movies using a tablet or mobile phone via the wifi in the same room.
The only usable mode is freeview live tv.

Doesn't work!
Very poor quality.
Arrives unassembled so you'll need a soldering iron to finish it.
I did this, didn't work. I want my money back
