A Great Cookbook Delicious and Nutritious Recipes
2 of 2 found this helpful "The Complete Vegetarian Cookbook" is true to its title. There are hundreds of recipes (book states 250 Vegan and 500 Gluten-Free). What I especially like is the hundreds of colored photos showing how to prepare the dishes and how to slice or dice the ingredients. I'm just beginning to use tofu and they have 5 photos illustrating how to cut and dry the tofu and I made a delicious grilled soy-ginger glazed tofu. Anyone who is vegetarian (or even meat eaters) will find many delicious and savory dishes. I must for all cooks.

Miniature Artistic Gems
Trina Schart Hyman's illustrated alphabet book is "exquisite". The pictures are miniature "gems" with so much detail. My favorite illustrator.
