A useful resource to a illness that a lot of people don’t really acknowledge or understand.
Read this book whilst trying to understand more about Post Traumatic Stress, it’s causes, effect on the people suffering from the illness and the various treatments available to help in the treatment of people experiencing the condition. I found it a good resource to assist me in my interest in the illness.

Another CD of great recordings by Dolly Parton
Yet another great value CD to add to my collection. If you are not using the more modern methods of listening to music then buying vinyl and CD’s that are used and in good condition is a win win situation.

Enjoyable read.
A good read but not quite as engaging as I had imagined. Nevertheless I enjoyed it and will pass it on for someone else to read and enjoy.
