  Dishonest seller. Listed item as new (ex-model) but verified they are not a business. Item arrived electrically faulty with evidence of use. Refused to accept responsibility for fault or item return, then placed return cost on customer. Demonstrated rude attitude/communication style which was all circularly repetitive demonstarting little intention to resolve. Became emotionally manipulative citing illness to achieve quick resolution to their benefit. Requested Ebay mediation.

  Doesn`t have to be a business to have something on display, she didn`t say it was faulty until days after receiving it, why? it was working as it should when sent to her, I have never sold faulty goods, look at my feedback, I am not a dishonest seller, I said she can send it back cannot say fairer than that.Avoid this buyer doesn`t tell the truth.
