Brilliant machine but software a bit iffy
The machine was easy to set up but I had difficulty loading the software. This might have been my PC but it was a headache. After a couple of attempts I got it all loaded but periodically it throws up errors. I think it is sensitive to the scanner being switched on before the PC or vice-versa and sometimes they refuse to communicate until I switch off and on and even re-boot. Like I say, it might be the way my PC is set up but I have no other problems like this. When it is running OK repeat scans are a bit laborious compared to my previous scanner (Cannon), too many options. Having said all that, a very fast machine with excellent resolution.
