I ordered the wrendale set on 1/10/24 and paid 103.50 Nothing arrived and I contacted the seller as it said untracked. A tracking number was added but it said Ipswich? I live in Wales. I contacted DPD and indeed it was not on my name nor my address. I contacted the seller and no response. I logged an issue with eBay directly. I gave the seller lots of opportunities to advise me why this has happened but no response. I received my money back from eBay on 17/10/24! Please be aware of this seller.

I ordered 2 of these Wrendale mugs along with approx £6 postage.. They didn't arrive on time. Contacted the seller who said she would re-send. Only one arrived. I wrote back and have heard nothing since so I'm about £15 out of pocket and only one mug! Not happy is an understatement!! I asked for a tracking number from her. Still nothing . Can you help please?

I have bought a lot from this seller. Often very slow at sending out but very good prices and all but one item in excellent condition. However getting a refund for this item has been a nightmare and I had to get eBay to step in. I personally would not buy from this seller again due to the hassle I have had. I’m sorry to be leaving negative feedback as there are positives of this seller but I just feel o should make the public aware.
