I have now closed my eBay app due to payments having been made to sellers with no delivery of items, the sellers then ignore all my messages and eBay does not provide any suitable support which effectively means they take your money for nothing, you can’t rate a seller until they have supplied the goods, thus they win - this has now happened twice to me and I shall no longer being using eBay as a result - and advise anyone that’ll listen to me to do the same.
