Ian Fleming by Andrew Lycett.
I'm guessing this can be regarded as almost the definitive biography of Ian Fleming. I say 'almost' because there are inevitably gaps in the narrative. Fleming was, after all, a man of secrets! As diligently as Fleming's life has been researched, other secrets will emerge. Even so, Andrew Lycett has done a first rate job.
