A must read
You have to have your mind wide open to let this audio-book work for you. That's how you make the most of it. And practice, practice, practice. If you don't get it, try putting in practice some of the strategies and then measure the results. You"ll be amazed.
It is a practical book that starts by explaining the four areas and then gives you strategies to improve. Full of scenarios and examples that make lots of sense.
