Beads are gorgeous as well as functional.
I know lavender is calming for me and instead of using it just on my pillow I get to have it with me all the time!

Love the stress tracking and smart notifications!
Remember to put on you non dominate side. I don’t think that’s the term but if you’re your right handed put it on your left hand. You’ll end up racking up steps from brushing your teeth and drinking your tea otherwise.
