A human story with magic too.
The second-hand book is in good condition. The story appeals to adults as well as children. It offers an excellent portrayal of lonelliness in childhood, followed by the joy of true friendship. Descriptions of the Norfolk coast are beautiful as a backdrop for real human beings as well as ghosts!
