Great product that serves intended purpose.
Product fit nicely where its intended. It is easy to use even though it requires both hands to operate. I have doubts about its durability as the gears sound like they will easily wear from frequent use eg for a delivery driver.
Also, the car manufacture need to rethink the placement as currently, this obstructs the radio.
the position of the USD charging port is also not very handy for a Samsung and a short usb cable and if one intends to use the phone in portrait mode. Its ok for landscape.
Overall, a great product
