  This was a gift for a friend and he never received it. I was visiting. He's still there but birthday is over. It never arrived. He received all my other eBay orders. Post office lost the item, but it's how the seller handled the situation that was horrible. Tracking clearly marked it as lost and instead of issuing a full refund, they dragged it out. Horrible month-long experience. If it's lost it's lost. eBay issued a refund, but its not eBay's fault they lost it. This is on the seller.

  I am so sorry. I didn't know exactly what I was supposed to do because this had not ever happened to me. I'm still dealing with it to this day, I'm trying to get my money back from USPS. You learn something new everyday. I took the package to the post office just like I did all the other packages. Nothing was different. I didn't mean to cause an inconvenience but there was an inconvenience on both sides. Again I'm so sorry that USPS lost your friend's gift.
