Good thing for average use
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this Andrew James product because we have a milk frother of the same brand at home and it's really good.
The grinder is very simple to use, there's just one button. However, that means that you cannot regulate how fine the grinding is. And, when I tried grinding some coffee beans for an espresso maker, the espresso was less fine than the one I bought already ground in a shop. It's definitely not the finest, and it says on the instruction that grinding it for longer than 30 seconds will not produce a finer grind but will reduce the aroma of the coffee. Well, I did try to grind it for another 30 seconds (I stopped after the first 30 seconds because I didn't want it to overheat), and it kind of did produce finer coffee. Not sure about the taste yet.
Overall, this might not be the the best choice if you need very fine results, but it seems like a good grinder overall.
