You don't need to have heard the first one....
2 of 2 found this helpful I first listened to this back in the 90's without ever hearing the original or having heard of Mike Oldfield. I was pleasantly surprised by the sheer content of this LP, it just does so much. If you get bored then a few minutes later a totally different tune will emerge, all tracks are segued together wonderfully. Piltdown man makes an appearance as does Alan Rickman as master of ceremonies. You won't get bored listening to this! Go and get it!

A good retooling of earlier songs
1 of 1 found this helpful Kraftwerk rarely appear with a new album, but in 1991 they released a remix album which would satisfy fans and new listeners alike. Classic tracks such as Autobahn and The Robots are reinvented with their modern style as heard on Electric Cafe. Tracks such as Radioactivity take on a whole new style! This album is a essential addition to any fan of Kraftwerk and electronic music.

An super deluxe budget upgrade!
If you, like me have a slightly older system, like say an AMD 64 3500, 1GB ddr ram and a 6600GT graphics card then this 7600gt graphics card will improve your system no end, making games like Half Life 2 - Episode 2 and Call of Duty 2 come back to life letting you have more detail on the screen without having to upgrade ram or cpu's! A recommended upgrade if you are working to a budget.
