  PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER...I purchased something on the 13th June and it was marked as dispatched i contacted the seller to get the tracking details but they never replied so I raised a case. I then recieved a message saying saying they had family problems and would send it the next day and asked me to close the case which I stupidly did. However no item was dispatched after several messages...I then requested a full refund to which I have not had to this date...Ebay have been contacted

  I explained to buyer that I have had some family problems. But the buyer did not give me chance to sort it out. She was annoying me with messages like person does not have any other problems. Sending me messages requiring me to dispatch parcel that day or immediately. I had 4 days to dispatch parcels but she wanted very early. I choose 4 days dispatching time for the reason. I need time to dispatch parcels because of my circumstances. If the buyer is not happy, others are happy. Insulted me.

  It took a long time to be posted (nearly 10 days post payment), so didn’t arrive in time for my holiday. This was compounded by being a hand written address that was difficult to read. The parcel ended up in a different part of Bristol, then Sheffield before eventually arriving. I was looking forward to using another time but the bikini top and bottoms were from 2 different sets and were different shades of purple. Seller accepted a return and refunded me fully, which I was grateful for.

  Paid 9th Feb, 48hr tracked RM, marked as dispatched 13th Feb, still no item by 18th, 48hr tracked means 48hrs. No tracking info. Bought as valentines day gift for wife. I had to open ebay case, seller claims they urgently had to go abroad last week (but somehow managed to mark it dispatched whilst abroad lol). Eventually got refund. Time waster & a liar, don't bother with a snide reply to this, I'm not stupid, look at the excuses you've given other people on your feedback lol I despise liars!

  Oo my God. I masked dispatch because ebay deadline. And Internet is everywhere. I have 4 days to dispatchparcels. The buyer would receive it late anyway.
