    Great seller - understood when Royal Mail lost the parcel - offered to re-send before I asked - re-sent goods promptly. All sorted quickly with no fuss. Maybe Royal Mail should appologise to me for losing my property ! Wake up Royal Mail - make it look as is if you care at least.

Initially given impossible delivery date, then told 'out for delivery' when it wasn't. When it was, there was no update on timing. I would think twice about buying anything if DX was involved.
