Not a syphon a very poor quality alternative
If I had been sent the product in the picture as expected I could have reviewed it! I was sent a very poor quality item instead. What was actually sent was cheap weak and nasty and does not syphon. It's hard work to use and I am having to handle it very carefully whilst I await another from elsewhere.

Frustration
Extremely fiddly to try to thread the paper through. When eventually you get it working it stops again and just keeps cutting in the same place. Spoke to a fellow quiller from the Quilling Guild who said she had bought one and hers was exactly the same and like me she had given up. You are supposed to be able to alter the width of cut but I couldn't make it adjust at all during the short time I had it working.
