Hi , I am M. I grew up in the antique business and liked the reselling part , but we dealt with the grandiose things your average person couldn't afford. I didn't think that that was quite fair, as everyone deserves beautifuI quality things in their home. I like the idea of catch and release, buy something, enjoy it, let it go to someone else to have their turn. I also craft and tend to buy a lot or a bulk of things and try to make sure the rest gets to others who might use them. I don't usually turn much of a profit in the long run, but I am able to keep sewing/crafting and shopping for the kids and soon to be grand kids. I am happy to reply to questions and also request, you never know what I may have hanging around that I might be willing/needing to party with.
I bought this for my son's 9th birthday. He loves it and this is saying something for him, he hates to read. I sort of expected this however, what I didn't see coming is my high school aged daughter loved it just as much. It has codes so you can write secret messages, wonderful illustrations, and the cover (under the dust jacket) is textured. Buy two so your kids don't fight over it.
