Suffering from S.A.D.
This tiny light can fit on your night table. Don't let the size fool you, it is extremely powerful. It has made an extraordinary difference in the quality of my life and ability to function through these dark, dreary months. After my first use of about 30 minutes, I got up and started cleaning my apartment! I was able to accomplish a 6 discrete tasks that day and continue to do so.
