  When parcel arrived it was damaged as it was packed in a plastic bag with a sheet of paper around it. I contacted the seller who didn't respond in till I got stroppy.They were clearly not happy they offered a refund which I expected then decided to have item back. QR codes wasn't sent in time but thankfully I got my money back quickly.
