lighter gauge ,good value
I like the Fender Bass strings as they are slightly lighter gauge than comparable makes and also cheaper!

Compact but Hi-Fi
Denon Mini Systems rightly have an excellent reputation for value and sound quality.
I went for the older DM40 model as it still has a USB socket.
