sonax bsd - great stuff

In this 5l container this is excellent value,a little goes a long way with Sonax BSD. An awesome detail spray in its own right, it is also an excellent paint protector and sealant. There is a knack to using it, avoid hot or warm panels, spread quickly and buff off gently, it will feel a bit "grabby" - thats normal, , and if you put too much on the panel buffing will take a longer. Gloss is excellent and so is its water shedding ability. can be used as an added sealant under your favourite wax as well. It does what it says though and enhances the paint, it has no fillers and does not mask anything, so you will see swirls etc. all in all top quality stuff, amazing value in 5l container.

Writing this only a short time after application, but initial impression seems good. A little goes a relatively long way - I thoroughly cleaned the wheel arches and suspension on my car with degreaser and iron remover, before spraying this fairly generously all over the components, covering brakes of course. It will run and drip a bit so protect your floor/drive. Gives a nice clean/shiny appearance, I had to remove some of the excess product after letting it dwell for a few minutes. If it protects from road salt, grime and moisture as well as I hope then this really will be an awesome product. As it is oil based I am sure it will offer some protection, longevity is the only unknown so far -initial impressions are very good.
