Good product, bad instructions.
2 of 2 found this helpful This product works great and is very effective but is a bit on the expensive side. I haven't tried the cheaper options, but I feel like there's probably a cheaper one that works just as well. I personally opted to pay a bit more because I knew for sure that it would work with my LG TV.
I think it's not a 5-star product because the directions are super confusing. I'm pretty confident in my ability to follow directions and hang stuff on walls, but the instructions that come with this product are really confusing and there are no useful videos on the internet that make it easier. There's a lot of parts you may not use, depending on your mounting scenario, and it takes several very careful read-throughs before you're able to figure out what each part is for and how it needs to work for your own scenario. Ultimately it's pretty straightforward to install, but you'll spend 9/10 of the time just reading the instructions and trying to figure out what the heck they're trying to say.
