Well Made Parts, Good Fit
Provided you buy these parts at the price I paid for them, I cant see you going wrong, the parts fitted well and lined up correctly, looked well made and they were genuine MG ROVER. Arrived quickly and were really well packaged.

Fast and Easy to Install - Precision fit - Direct Replacement
Easy to install, but you do need a drift to knock out the old pins, they also fit 70's workmates with aluminium frames, make sure you oil the sliding /friction surfaces and they should last another 40 years or so.
Picture shows without pins ...but they came with them ...so I was well pleased with purchase. Great value for money!

Good product, Does the job well, Goes a long way
I found this product easy to use, it does not wipe off easily in use, as long as you de-grease the part first.
It's resistant to coolant and goes a long way ...one pot of it should last a long time, I would not store it where it's likely to freeze.
To speed up the drying process, I put the part I'm working on, on a radiator to warm it up, the fluid needs to be kept at a warm room temperature also. if you do that, it will dry in less than a minute.
Cold part , Cold fluid may mean 10 min wait ....this is not a fault of the product... just a tip.
