  I received the wrong item. I ordered the 'GOSH ultimate eyeliner with a twist' and received the 'ultra thin brow pen'. When I contacted the seller about this, their answer was: 'I sent exactly what was in the description, What's wrong with you'!!!! I then explained this was rude and sent photos to show the difference in products but did not receive a response. I am afraid to sent it back because sellers with this attitude might not even process my refund.
