Great ball head for my AM-223.

A little pricey
It's freaking Tylenol, for Pete's sake! What's not to like?

Product appears well-made. The 8 resistance levels offer a good variety of exercise tiers. It operates quietly. It's a little heavy, but I suspect it needs to be for stability. Batteries for the LED read-out were NOT included (as advertised). When I put my own batteries in, the door would not stay shut. I had to use tape. Overall, a good product.
