Sloppy with the shipping
While the game was (luckily) undamaged, and worked fine... it was a bit of a surprise to see that they just put the game card, unwrapped, unprotected in an envelope and mailed it. Really? No packaging... no concern for protecting the item? We got lucky on this one, but I can see this catching up with them, and someone ending up with a damaged product.

Very well made
The flashlight is Rock Solid. It should last for many years to come. My only negative thought is I wish it came with a battery. It seemed a little odd to me that it did not. Otherwise I am very happy with the quality and functionality of this tactical flashlight.

Good enough, but not as shown in picture.
It will work for my class training needs, but it is a little deceptive how they show a picture of one product, but send you something else. As other reviews have suggested, I believe they took a picture of a real Ruger LCR and just changed the color. This training gun is close, but it is not as shown.
It is a very hard rubber material, which is fine. I actually think that's a little better than hard plastic. It is pretty light, so don't expect to have it be similar in weight to the real gun if that is a training consideration.
