Vw connect dataplug

1: doesn’t find UK postcodes!
2: has to be programmed for ever journey
3: new journey has to be programmed if switch off engine for longer 10 mins ie petrol station!
4: obviously loose all data if no addresses programmed - so whats the point
Reported to VW help-desk no answer as yet from 2 weeks ago but probs logged
Crap! Crap! Crap! Crap! Come on VW how can you produce this!

from the Loewe auto switch off functionality !!!!!
2 times in a week so is not too disturbing - but is a pain
in the BUTT ...
Think this model is prone to this searching on google 100s of hits ...
not found a rememdy after 2 weeks ...
