Best things to hear the music and hear people talking to you
These are great at gigs and festivals where otherwise your ears would receive a hammering due to sound guys these days always favouring volume over a good mix!
The ER20s protect your ears, you can clearly still hear the music plus, and this is so miraculous you will take your earplugs out just to check you really can't hear someone stood by your side talking to you, speech is crystal clear of those people trying to talk to you. I'm thoroughly enjoying this book and have made many worthwhile notes already. I'm halfway through so looking forward to adding more pieces to the puzzle that is about putting happiness into life.

Piriteze antihistamine syrup (lactose free) really helps with my asthma
I take this syrup as all the other tablets contain lactose and this is the only antihistamine I've found which doesn't.
It certainly does the trick for me and I'm 47 years old!
Antihistamine really helps to relieve my asthma - sometimes I forget to take my inhaler in the morning when I'm taking these. When I'm not I have no option but to use my inhaler.
I take it all year round and multipacks on eBay are the cheapest way to get hold of it although the doctor can prescribe it at a push because they can't see any lactose free prescription antihistamines either.
Good stuff.
