Wrong type came and it was obviously used
I've read in the description that the neck is brand new, not used, only with marks from warehouse. It was not true. The ball was scratched exactly the way it's scratched when you use it to tow. And what more, they sent me different type. I managed to attache it to my car and seems to be working so I kept it but I was very disappointed.

Don't fit 2011 XF S 20" rims.
The nuts don't fit. I have 2011 Jaguar XF 3.0D S with original 20" rims but the nuts have wrong shape so I can't use them.

Very good phone (covered by fingerprints)
It's always subjective but in my opinion the size of this phone is perfect - not small so it can accommodate big screen, not huge so it's easy to use it one-handed. All in all it works very good. There's just one negative thing - backside is glossy so it's almost impossible to get rid of fingerprints on both sides because while you are removing fingerprints on one side, you are holding it in your hand so you leave fingerprints on the other side :D
