  The worst product I've ever purchased off eBay. The seller was REALLY horrible., when a complaint was made. I recommend to not buy off this seller. Delivered to the customer who was also distraught when I showed them the messages. That I received of the seller. DO NOT PURCHASE. AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

  what can i say what an experience they damaged the item and asked for a refund i offered a full refund or money back this person then reported me to ebay for not replying ? i then received this message = I apologise. I genuinely didn't see that. I must go to spec savers. I'd like a refund please, as I've bought another one. Sorry. I will leave positive feedback. i said ok and then the abuse started they have been fully refunded , what more can i do , this person has serious issues
